4. Delivery & Collection

• Delivery is available to approved business addresses. Charges may apply.

• Collection is available from our Widnes depot.

• Risk of goods passes to you on delivery/collection.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Perishable goods (e.g., fresh food) cannot be returned unless faulty.

• Non-perishable goods may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

6. Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.

• Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
